1) About Elearner Plus

Elearner Plus is a learning app that offers courses, lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking. Some features may include rentals and optional tools depending on your region and app version.

2) Eligibility (16+)

The Service is intended for users 16 years old or older (or the minimum legal age in your region). By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3) Account & Security

You may create an account using email and/or phone. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• bypass paid access, rental limits, or purchase validation;
• access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with the Service (abuse, spam, attacks, scraping);
• copy, sell, redistribute, or publicly share app content without permission;
• use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5) Courses, Quizzes, and Progress

The Service provides educational content. Progress features (streaks, milestones, XP, scores) are based on your activity and internal rules, which may change over time.

We do not guarantee any specific learning, career, financial, or exam results.

6) In-App Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play)

The Service may include in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and you agree to their payment terms and policies.

• Pricing may vary by region and platform.
• Purchases may require internet access and an active Apple/Google account.
• We may validate receipts/transactions before unlocking access.

7) 24-Hour Rentals

If you rent a course, access is granted for 24 hours starting from purchase confirmation (or receipt validation). Access automatically ends after expiration. You may rent again to regain access.

Your learning progress may remain saved in your account even after rental expiration, but access to the content may be restricted until you rent again or purchase full access.

8) AI Tutor / AI Credits (If Available)

If optional AI features are enabled in your app version, usage may consume credits purchased in the app. Credit usage is tracked according to the rules shown in the app.

Please do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, full financial details, etc.). We may limit or suspend access in cases of abuse or misuse.

9) Ads (If Enabled)

Some screens may show ads through partners (such as Google AdMob). The ad experience may vary based on updates, device settings, and region.

10) Promotions, Coupons, and Special Offers

We may offer coupons, discounts, or limited-time access promotions. Each offer may include an expiration date, eligibility requirements, and usage limits. We may cancel promotions if we detect abuse or fraud.

11) Refunds

In-app purchases are handled by Apple/Google. Refund requests are subject to their policies and are generally submitted through Apple purchase history/support or Google Play orders & subscriptions.

We cannot guarantee refunds, but we can assist with documentation if needed.

12) Intellectual Property

The Service (app, brand, logo, designs, text, courses, videos, quizzes, and content) is owned by Elearner Plus / Remy P. and/or licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

13) User Content

You may submit content (messages, support requests, feedback, AI prompts, etc.). You represent that you have the right to submit it and it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You grant us a limited license to use this content to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service (including moderation, troubleshooting, analytics, and credit accounting).

14) Availability, Changes, and Service Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, content updates, or product changes. We may also change pricing, feature availability, course content, quizzes, or progress rules.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elearner Plus / Remy P. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

17) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraud/abuse, or we are required to do so by law.

18) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the app and/or on our website.

19) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where local law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Indiana (Indianapolis), unless mandatory rules in your region apply.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. The “Effective date” will be updated.
