1) Information We Collect
A. Information you provide
- Account info: name (optional), email address, phone number, password (handled securely by our authentication provider).
- Profile details (optional): language preference, avatar (if you add one), other settings you choose.
- Support messages: information you include when you contact us.
B. Information created while you use the app
- Learning activity: lessons started, lessons completed, quiz answers/scores, completion dates, progress and practice history.
- App preferences: language selection, notification preferences.
C. Purchases and subscriptions (In-App Purchases)
When you buy content or premium access, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive:
- Purchase status (successful/failed)
- Product identifier (SKU)
- Transaction/receipt information needed to validate the purchase
We do not receive your full payment card details.
D. Ads and analytics (if enabled)
If we show ads, third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers (ad ID), IP address (general location), and ad interaction/performance data. We may also use analytics to understand app usage (screens visited, crash reports).
E. SMS (if you enable phone/SMS features)
If we send SMS (verification codes or account notifications), we may process your phone number, delivery status, and timestamps. SMS may be delivered through Twilio or another messaging provider.
F. Automatically collected technical data
- Device info (model, OS version), app version, language, time zone
- Log data (IP address, timestamps, error logs, device identifiers)
- Crash diagnostics and performance data
