- Account info: name (optional), email address, phone number, password (handled securely by our authentication provider).
- Profile details (optional): language preference, avatar (if you add one), other settings you choose.
- Support messages: information you include when you contact us.
B. Information created while you use the app
- Learning activity: courses started, lessons completed, quiz answers/scores, completion dates, streak/milestone progress.
- App preferences: language selection, notification preferences.
C. Purchases and subscriptions (In-App Purchases)
When you buy a course, rent a course for 24 hours, or buy AI credits, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive:
- Purchase status (successful/failed)
- Product identifier (SKU)
- Transaction/receipt info needed to validate the purchase
- Expiration date (for rentals/subscriptions, if applicable)
D. Device and usage data (basic analytics)
We may collect limited technical data such as device type, app version, and basic usage events to help improve the Service and fix bugs.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (like government IDs, precise location, or payment card numbers). Payment details are handled by Apple/Google.
